Duty:
1. Comprehensive management, coordination, and supervision toward the business and the promotion of activities of the Dormitory Services Section.
2. The regulation and revision of the dormitory.
3. Examining the affairs of rewards and penalties of students.
4. The election, management, guidance and the declaration of the cadre of the dorm.
5. Plan the activities of the Autonomic Committee of Dormitory.
6. The borrowing and management of bedclothes.
7. Arranging the beds depends on different identity, educational system and grades.
8. The management of the keys of the rooms and public section.
9. To make and collect each table and form of Dormitory Services Section.
10. Conducting the applying of prospectus and the auditing affairs.
11. The administration of Dormitory Services Section.
12. Relevant affairs of applying beds in winter or summer vacation.
13. Cooperation of sterilizing in the dorm.
14. The supervision and the traffic planning during the beginning and the end of the semester.
15. Holding the thorough cleaning at the midterm and the end of term.
16. Relevant affairs of luggage delivery at the end of term.

1. The purchase of the parking spot in each semester.
2. Examining the affairs of rewards and penalties of students.
3. Establishing the files of those who apply the dorm and the data of the students live in dorm.
4. The management of luggage room and garret.
5. The management of property of the dorm and the storeroom.
6. Conducting the applying of prospectus and the auditing affairs.
7. The management and the purchase of medical, cleaning and other expendables.
8. The maintenance of association hall, study room, computer room and the laptops.
9. The management of the keys of the rooms and public section.
10. To make and collect each table and form of Dormitory Services Section.
11. Conducting the applying of prospectus and the auditing affairs.
12. The maintenance of elevators, air-conditioners, beverage machine, washing machine and printer.
13. The setting of the system of guarded entrance and IC.
14. Handling relevant affairs of accommodation, dormitory withdrawing and draw the payment bills.
15. Maintain the data in the system of the dormitory.

Common Responsibilities

1. Checking and tracking the lists of names of those who are not living in dorm at that evening.
2. Checking and tracking the lists of names of those who come back late.
3. The management of the keys of the rooms and public section.
4. The management and the maintenance of monitors.
5. The management and the maintenance of the safety of driveways.
6. The adaptability of disaster prevention in the dorm.
7. Provide assistance to students who need to receive medical treatment “at night”.
8. Supervise the thorough cleaning at the midterm and the end of term.
9. The management of association hall, study room, computer room and the laptops.
10. The confirmation of reporting damaged goods.
11. Appropriately assisting the students to get familiar with community life.
12. Handling the affairs of those who come back late and not live in the dorm that night and the approval of absence.
13. Provisional affairs.
